We don’t have a proper oven. The only thing you can cook in it is slow roasts – everything else is cold on top and burnt underneath. So to make cupcakes for my birthday party tomorrow I had to go visit my friend Kay. My outfit wasn’t very exciting and is covered by an apron here. But the cupcakes were a success and that’s the important thing.

Just butter cream- butter, icing sugar, milk, vanilla essence
